1. General

Logthing BV ("Fluii", "we", "us") prioritizes personal data protection. This policy explains which data is collected, why it is processed, how it is protected, and what rights users have. It applies to all Fluii app and website users.

Fluii acts as data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data we collect

2.1 Identification and contact data

Name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, username, password.

2.2 Financial data

IBAN, payment details, earnings and payout history.

2.3 Account and usage data

Login activity, profile information, preferences, views, participation in campaigns, communications.

2.4 Technical data

IP address, device data, browser, operating system, access times, cookies.

2.5 Content data

Uploaded videos, images, texts and other content.

2.6 Communication data

Messages via email, chat or forms.

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data processing is limited to:

  • Account management and security
  • Execution of payments
  • Management of campaigns and challenges
  • Performance analysis (views, engagement)
  • Customer service and support
  • Legal and tax obligations
  • Improvement of the app and security
  • Marketing (only with consent)

4. Legal basis for processing

Data processing relies on:

  • Contract (use of the app, payouts)
  • Legal obligation (e.g. tax)
  • Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention)
  • Consent (marketing)

Consent can be withdrawn anytime via the app or email.

5. Sharing of data

Personal data sharing occurs only when necessary:

  • With clients (limited data such as username or content link)
  • With service providers (hosting, payments, IT, analytics)
  • With government authorities when legally required

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented:

  • SSL/TLS encryption
  • Hashed passwords

  • Limited retention periods

However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Retention periods

Data retention follows necessity principles:

  • Account data: up to 12 months after deletion
  • Financial data: 7 years (legally required)
  • Logs: max. 6 months
  • Content: as long as necessary for the service or licence

Under the GDPR, users have the following rights:

9. International transfers

Data is principally stored within the EEA. Transfers outside the EEA include appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

12. Liability

Fluii is not liable for damage caused by:

Indirect damages are excluded.

13. Changes

Policy amendments may occur. Significant changes trigger user notification via app or email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
